Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty, old friends and collaborators, will reunite to singham again. The film also stars Deepika Padukone, who previously worked with Shetty on express chennai and recently had a cameo in circus. While the project is in pre-production and has yet to be released, the makers have set a date for the film’s release. It is reported that Ajay Devgn – Deepika Padukone Lead singham again it will start shooting in July 2023. The makers are looking for the release date of Diwali 2024.

At the song release circus In December 2022, Rohit Shetty announced that Deepika Padukone will be joining the Police Universe. Rohit revealed, “Everyone knows that my next movie is singham again, belonging to the poly universe. Every time, they ask me ‘Lady Singham kab aayegi?’ Toh Singham Again mein Lady Singham aayegi”.
Rohit Shetty added: “She is my police lady from the police universe. So we’ll be working together as early as next year.”
In addition to Devgn, Ranveer Singh simba and Akshay Kumar sooryavanshi they are also set to make cameo appearances in the movie. A source recently said bollywood hungama“It’s a whole universe of cops, and just like the Marvel Universe, where the movie features cameos from other members, singham again It will also feature cameos. Like in simba where both Ajay and Akshay made cameo appearances, albeit in the post credits, and later in sooryavanshi where Ranveer and Ajay were seen, singham again it will also feature Akshay and Ranveer.”
The source added, “These movies are planned to coincide with each other, so it’s obvious that all three of them will appear in each other’s movies.” But will they lead to a common climax movie as in the case of Marvel and the source adds: “There is still time to get there, but for sure there will be something great to complete the saga of the police universe when it happens.”
In the first part, singham, Ajay Devgn’s character Bajirao Singham fights against a gangster turned politician Jaykant Shikre (Prakash Raj). In singham’s returnthe audience saw him up in arms against a fraudulent spiritual guru Babaji (Amole Gupte) and the minister Prakash Rao (Zakir Hussain).
