A collaboration with leading women entrepreneurs from across India, this platform will facilitate digital transformation and digital inclusion for women-led businesses through various initiatives. The WEP is aligned with the G20 goals and Bhumi has constantly highlighted the importance of these global goals on social media.

Bhumi will address the women entrepreneurs who will attend this event. She says: “India’s future is female. I have believed in it and have done whatever is necessary to try to promote this vision. Since the pandemic, the loss of human capital has had a very profound impact on companies led by women in different sectors. As they have to shoulder the burden of housework and childcare, their businesses were hardest hit and some closed permanently or temporarily. WEP will provide information, ways to find funding or financial support, and help women find partnerships to further their business ambitions. I am looking forward to meeting the young minds who will lead this transformation for our country.”

Bhumi is also a climate warrior who has been working with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to achieve India’s climate change goals.
