Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family problems continue to make headlines. The actor and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui have been in the headlines after she Aaliya claimed that she had allegedly been abused. In another incident, she claimed that she was being harassed at Nawazuddin’s home after her mother filed a complaint against her over a property dispute. While the public legal gap remains in the news, the court ordered both of them to resolve this amicably by sitting down and discussing all the issues.

“The court ordered Nawaz to clarify all our problems. He made it a condition that he has to take care of everything in Dubai and the children should not face any problem. He worked on those court orders and that’s why I have come to Dubai with the children,” Aaliya told E-Times.

Aaliya further said that Dubai is financially expensive and living there is not easy. She said: “Living in Dubai is not easy as there are many financial problems among other things. But the court made a very good decision that Nawaz should fulfill all his duties and make sure that we stay in good condition. He finally he has solved all those problems. The court has also left the decision in the hands of the children: they can stay wherever they want, in Dubai or India. But first, they should finish their studies in Dubai.”

He further said that the children will live in Dubai for three months and then decide where to settle. When asked about the current situation with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, she revealed, “I filed for divorce, but before that, it is important to sit down and discuss where we stand as that is what the court has told us. We have been asked to settle things out of court. But Nawaz is traveling at the moment. Once he returns, we will sit down and work out our issues and part amicably because that’s what the court has told us.”
