The last week has been dominated by Hera Feri. It all started with the report that the long-awaited sequel to the sitcom ended on February 21. The report also stated that Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal will reprise their characters. Later, it came to light that Farhad Samji will be directing the film and that the crew shot for a promo. The next day, bollywood hungama broke the news that the third part will not be called Hera Feri 3. Instead, it has been titled Hera Feri 4.

Yesterday, it was reported that Sanjay Dutt has been chosen to Hera Feri 4. said a source bollywood hungama, “Sanjay Dutt has actually signed on to the film. It is said that he will play one of the antagonists of the film. His character is blind and is quite peculiar. He is expected to up the wackiness quotient of the Hera Pheri series.”
The source further said, “Sanjay Dutt is excellent in comedic roles and the filmmakers felt he would be the right fit for this role. Also, casting him will add to the value of the brand. It is an exciting addition to the Hera Feri universe and it will be interesting for audiences to see him take on Raju (Akshay Kumar), Shyam (Suniel Shetty) and Baburao Ganpatrao Apte (Paresh Rawal).
There are also reports that Arshad Warsi has registered with Hera Feri 4 but our source could not confirm this development. However, the reunion of Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi has excited some fans as they have both been beloved in the munnabhai franchise like Munna Bhai and Circuit respectively.
Meanwhile, in an interview with Mid-Day, Paresh Rawal confirmed that Hera Feri 4Filming for will begin in the next three months and it will be shot in Mumbai as well as overseas locations. He said, “The movie will also shoot in international locations like Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Los Angeles as Babu bhaiyya, Raju and Shyam go abroad. they will hera pheri globally.”
