Sonakshi Sinha has joined the cast of the action drama starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is produced by Jackky Bhagnani and Vashu Bhagnani under their Pooja Entertainment banner.

Sharing her excitement about bagging the film, Sonakshi said in a statement, “I am excited to be a part of this amazing cast for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. It is always a pleasure to work with Akshay and I am looking forward to working with Tiger for the first time. Ali Abbas Zafar is a brilliant director and I have no doubt that this film will be a blockbuster. I can’t wait for the public to see what we have in store for them.”
Sonakshi has worked with Akshay on quite a few projects like noisy rathore, jester, Once upon a time in Bombay Dobara and Holidays: a soldier is never off duty. She had an appearance in the song Akshay starrer MY GOD! Oh Lord .
In October last year, there were reports that Janhvi Kapoor was also a part of the film. However, there has not been any official announcement about the same so far.
The team of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan completed the first schedule of the film in Mumbai some time ago. The crew is currently filming the second schedule in Scotland. In fact, earlier in the day, Jackky shared a behind-the-scenes image of an action scene from the movie that was filmed in a vast, mountainous area of Scotland.
Sonakshi also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi and Excel Entertainment web series and Tiger Baby’s show Dahaad.
