Suhana had previously shared images on her Instagram Stories where she could be seen in New York. Sharing a stunning image of herself, she wrote: “Can you guess where I am?” In another story, she shared a picture of New York high-rise buildings and wrote: “Touchdown Hi New York City.”
In the following story, she revealed that her previous stories had flashbacks and that she was currently not in New York but in Mumbai. Sharing a selfie, she wrote, “Just kidding hehe but getting ready for something super exciting.”
A few hours later, Suhana was seen at the Maybelline New York event. The future star looked stylish in a red suit as she attended the event.
It was previously rumored that Maybelline New York had hired Suhana as its brand ambassador after Alia Bhatt and Athiya Shetty endorsed the cosmetics giant in India. A source close to the development revealed to ETimes that the reason for bringing in Suhana was that she has the youthful energy that many brands want to harness. The idea behind casting Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter is that in the age of social media, Generation Z actors have the natural advantage of having high social media connections. Without releasing a single film, Suhana already has three and a half million followers on Instagram.
Suhana is also preparing for her debut project The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar. The film has the iconic gang of The Archies at its center, and aims to match the youthful energy, hope, and excitement of the 1960s era. A musical experience full of youth, rebellion, friendships, first loves and everything youthful, that still promises to have something for every generation. Set in the 1960s, this musical drama is headlined by an exciting new ensemble.
