One of the most anticipated movies of 2023, adipurush aiming to make history with their global trailer launch which took place on May 9, 2023. After the team released a new poster featuring the lead Prabhas, the team held a special trailer launch event on the director of Om Raut in which the trailer was introduced globally. – not only in India, but in 70 countries, becoming a global event! The film also features Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh, and Devdatta Gajanan Nage.
Adipurush Trailer: Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan Recreate A Visually Spectacular Take On The Ramayana
Inspired by the Ramayana story, adipurush tracks Ram’s journey when they are turned away from a promise Ram had made to his stepmother Kaikeyi, to spend 14 years in the jungle. Kriti Sanon plays the role of Adipurush’s wife, Janaki, while Sunny Singh is the dutiful brother, Laxman. The film features Devdatta Gajanan Nage as the faithful follower, Hanuman, while Saif Ali Khan is Lankeshwar.
The launch of the trailer was one of a kind as it was released in countries like USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, UK and Europe, Russia, Egypt and various Asian countries like Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong. Kong, the Philippines, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Japan.
Directed by Om Raut, adipurush will make its international premiere at the Tribeca Festival in New York. Produced by T-Series, Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles, it will be released worldwide on June 16, 2023.
