A trade source says, “Get ready for the ultimate theatrical experience when Hrithik Roshan takes on Jr. NTR in war 2. The film is being edited on a scale that has never been attempted before in India. Aditya Chopra and Ayan are clear that they want to make it a global cinematic spectacle and moment for India. Pre-production is in full swing for this action-packed extravaganza that begins its shooting schedule in November.”
The source adds: “war 2 it’s a great pan indian movie right now given Aditya Chopra’s casting coup to get NTR Jr. in this movie. The YRF Spy Universe is expanding at an unimaginable rate and all the movies in this universe are now the biggest event movies for audiences to enjoy in theaters.”
Hrithik Roshan will return as the skilled spy Kabir in Yash Raj Films’ war 2. However, instead of War director Siddharth Anand, YRF has hired Ayan Mukerji to take charge of the sequel.
