Rabia Khan has not only accused Sooraj Pancholi of being an accessory to the suicide of her daughter Jiah Khan, but has also claimed multiple times to the media that her daughter was murdered. However, the court dismissed his claims stating that Khan even blamed agencies like the CBI for not conducting a proper investigation. “The whistleblower in her testimony directly blamed the two investigative agencies, stating that they had failed to conduct a proper and correct investigation. By providing such blatantly contradictory evidence, the complainant herself has destroyed the prosecution’s case,” the court stated in its order.

The court, in its order, noted that the prosecution’s case clearly defined Jiah Khan’s case as suicide, but Rabia’s constant assertions that the incident was murder not only contradicted the prosecution’s case but also contradicted it. destroyed. Furthermore, the court also held that despite the evidence of disability, the prosecution managed to pursue the case but, in the end, the paucity of evidence is what led to the acquittal order.

The court mentioned that the ignorance of the statements has led the court to believe that Rabia raised suspicions about everyone except herself. “When the experts gave their opinion on the cause of death of the deceased as suicide, the complainant took an exactly contradictory position by stating that the doctors had given a wrong opinion. The complaint raised doubts even about the doctor who performed the post-mortem examination. “The complainant raised concerns about all but herself. The evidence provided by the complainant is deemed to be complete, with enhancements and limitations,” the order reads.

The court also questioned the evidence including the letter that was filed in court allegedly “written by Jiah Khan about his failed relationship with Sooraj Pancholi” claiming that its authenticity cannot be proven and along with that, the court also questioned the delay in the presentation of FIR.
