Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family problems continue to make headlines. The actor and her wife Aaliya have been in the headlines after Aaliya claimed that she was being harassed at Nawazuddin’s house after her mother filed a complaint against her over a property dispute. She was at her home in Andheri after returning from Dubai with her children. However, Nawazuddin’s lawyer claimed that Aaliya was still married to her first husband, Vinay Bhargav. Now, a video has gone viral in which she claims that she and her children were thrown out of the house. She also said that she just had Rs. 81 with her.

In the viral video, Aaliya is heard saying: “I just came from Nawazuddin’s house and there (points into the distance) you can see my daughter who is crying. They kicked us out of her bungalow and told us that we cannot enter. I can’t understand where I should go with my children. I only have Rs 81 with me, I have no home to go to and no money.”
The video also saw Shora Siddiqui, Nawazuddin’s daughter crying. Aaliya further said, “I don’t know, how can Nawazuddin behave like that. Nawazuddin, I can never forgive you for what you are doing to my children. I just want to show all of you how my children are suffering at this time of night. It’s midnight and I’m stranded on the streets. I don’t know where I should go with my children.” She also claimed that her children slept on the floor of a relative’s house.
As reported by the Hindustan Times, in response to Aaliya’s claims, sources close to Siddiqui said: “Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s ex-wife, Aaliya Siddiqui, said that she was not allowed to enter the house, but the truth is that Nawazuddin already He named the property in his Ammi, Mehrunisa Siddiqui, so Nawaz lacks any decision-making power over anyone entering the property. Mehrunisa Siddiqui’s caretaker claims that only her grandchildren can enter the property and no one else as the property now belongs to her.”
“Apart from this, in a recent viral video where Aaliya is seen claiming that she has nowhere else to stay or go is technically incorrect. To make the point clear, Nawaz already bought a luxurious apartment for Aaliya in Mumbai in 2016, which she leased out of her own free will. Furthermore, as we clearly see in this video, it is visible that no one is taken off the property as claimed by Aaliya and it is also very apparent that the children were never stopped from entering the property,” the sources told the publication.
While speaking to ETimes about the recent claims made by Aaliya, Shamas Siddiqui said: “As we speak, they are waiting outside the gate. Apparently, the police will help them enter. Aaliya stayed with her (her niece) Shivani’s bhanji last night and is present with them. Her maid is also with them.
Speaking of the ancestral bungalow that belonged to his mother, he said: “That is not true. They have made a false Deed of Donation in the name of our mother, which has only been notarized. A Gift Deed is intended to be registered. The bungalow in question belongs to Nawaz.”
Furthermore, lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee, who appeared for Aaliya Siddiqui, told the Bombay High Court that the “situation in the house is so hostile” and that he was unable to speak to his client. According to India Today, for this reason, he “was unable to file a response to the actor’s habeas corpus (present the person) petition.”
While there are reports alleging property disputes, a day ago Nawazuddin Siddiqui was reported to have transferred the land of Budhana village located in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, to his brothers. He signed the papers at the deputy registrar’s office and granted power of attorney to one of his brothers.
According to a News18 report, “Attorney Prashant Sharma told the media that Nawazuddin Siddiqui has given power of attorney for all his ancestral properties to his brother Almasuddin. In this way, he has handed over all rights to his land to his brother. In the second document, he has made a will that he will be entitled to his share of the property as long as he lives. After him, the property will be in the name of the Almasuddin brothers, Majuddin and Minhajuddin Siddiqui. After signing all these documents, the actor left for Delhi by car.”
