Randeep Hooda and Neena Gupta will headline the film with an unusual title Pachhattar Ka Chora. Presented by Panorama Studios International and produced by JJ Creations LLP and Shivam Cinema Vision, the film is directed by Jayant Gilatar and also stars Gulshan Grover and Sanjay Mishra.

The film is touted to be the first to be shot in Rajsamand in Rajasthan. The mahurat applause was given by Rajsamand MP (Member of Parliament) Princess Diya Kumari. She was accompanied by Rivaba Jadeja, wife of the versatile Indian Ravindra Jadeja. The movie was announced some time ago on social media by Ravindra.

Directed Jayant Gilatar has directed over 4000 episodes of various Hindi TV series. He also directed Marathi movies like Sadarakshanaay and ranbhoomi and the Gujarati remake of the Marathi blockbuster Natsamrat. his hindi movie chalk dusterstarring Shabana Azmi and Juhi Chawla, it was acclaimed.
He said: “I’ve always been drawn to unconventional subjects rather than run-of-the-mill. Pachhattar Ka Chora it fits the bill perfectly, and I’m excited to start this film’s journey today. That the story is told through two powerful artists, Randeep and Neenaji, is an added bonus.”
Sharing the reason for making the film, Randeep added, “This is unlike anything I’ve done before, a romantic drama with an undercurrent of situational humor that will hopefully leave audiences divided while giving them food for thought. Trust me when I tell you, you haven’t seen a love story like this before.”
