On the first anniversary of the film, there are rumors about a sequel to A thursday being under construction Although no one associated with the film has confirmed the news, rumors about the second film of the thriller with a social message are surely making the rounds.
Last month, Yami talked about A thursday during an interview in which he said: “Through cinema, which is such a powerful medium, if you get the chance, if you get a script that in its own way appeals to you as an audience and at the same time speaks to you almost as one-on-one then stand out and to me that’s what happened when I read A thursday when it came to me and became something more than a movie; more than a role and it was one of the heaviest movies for me.”
